HR System Administrator (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Ensure data quality, system care, and system access in EC and ECP
• Control transactions and corrections in the Payroll Control Center (PCC) and ensure correct output
• Ensure correct configuration by testing in EC and ECP
• Order new cost centers and support their technical implementation by testing
• Implement tariff increases and tariff jumps technically, maintain legal changes in the system
• Activate new mashups in the EC environment

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree, IT-oriented training, or equivalent qualification through relevant
• Extensive knowledge of SAP EC and SAP ECP
• Experience in payroll accounting and working with time tracking systems
• Knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, tax and social security law
• Ideally knowledge of the collective agreement in retail
• Good German and English skills
