HR Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as primary analyst for HR systems, with UKG as HRIS and Greenhouse as ATS.
• Own day-to-day HR systems administration: changes, data, workflows, testing.
• Support reporting, data integrity, and audits; UKG BI reporting knowledge.
• Manage file feeds, integrations, bulk uploads for annual cycles and programs.
• Admin FreshService for HR operations tickets; assist employees and stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs and knowledge base to document scalable processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in HR systems, HR ops, or people analytics in global settings.
• Hands-on experience administering HR systems and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and how HR systems support them.
• Experience with reporting, BI reporting, data validation, audits, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting integrations, file feeds, and bulk uploads.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with spreadsheets.
