Configure and maintain HRMS modules (Time, Payroll, Core HR)
Ensure optimal system performance, data accuracy, and security

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
5+ years HRIS/HRMS experience with hands-on UKG Pro
Knowledge of HR operations, data confidentiality, and security
Excel: intermediate to advanced (lookups, pivots)
Experience in system configuration, data access, and security
Experience in automation, workflows, and reporting
