Create training, docs, and guides for internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years hands-on Workday admin and configuration.
Workday PRO HCM certification is a strong advantage.
Generative AI tools and big data for decision-making; Claude/Gemini preferred.
Familiarity with Lattice, Greenhouse, Jira, Google Workspace, or ADP.
Proven ability to manage integrations, data cleaning, and system overhauls.
