HR Tech Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and develop the HR analytics dashboard for senior leadership.
• Design and maintain data architecture, pipelines, and core HR API integrations.
• Build views for People Metrics, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement with functional leads.
• Run BAU HR reporting, automate processes, and ensure GDPR-compliant data handling.
• Build AI-powered HR workflows and production AI apps using Anthropic/OpenAI APIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Python development with production data apps, dashboards, or internal tools.
• Hands-on data engineering: ETL pipelines, API integrations, multi-source data.
• Production AI/LLM APIs (Anthropic/OpenAI or similar).
• AWS knowledge and data visualization tools (Streamlit, Plotly).
• SSO and enterprise authentication (OAuth2, SAML, Azure AD).
• Data privacy, security, and compliance for sensitive employee data.
