HR Technology Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead Workday Payroll configuration, production support, and optimization.
• Collaborate with US, Canada, and UK payroll teams, HR, Finance, IT, and vendors.
• Configure Workday Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and HCM to meet business needs.
• Lead Workday releases, testing, and deployment across Payroll and modules.
• Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years supporting Workday Payroll in HR Tech/Payroll systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, IS, Business, CS, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise configuring and supporting Workday Payroll.
• Hands-on configuration for Workday Absence, Benefits, and HCM.
• Experience supporting US and Canada payroll; UK payroll highly preferred.
• Experience with Workday processes, security, reporting, integrations.
