HR Workplace Investigations Manager

📋 Description

• Investigate sensitive/complex employee relations matters from intake to follow-up.
• Debrief HR partners and leadership on investigation findings.
• Document investigations and summarize findings in a report.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and mitigations.
• Advise, mentor and train HR partners on investigation best practices.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years in employee relations investigations.
• Juris Doctor.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with e-discovery / pulling electronic records.
