📋 Description

• Act as a strategic HR partner and primary point of contact for the people-management needs of teams
• Support HR activities connected to RFP submissions, new state contract launches, changes to
• Build, manage, and analyze workforce and operational data to support RFP requirements, staffing
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that translate complex HR and operational data into
• Partner across the HR organization to coordinate resources, staffing, timelines, and people-related
• Identify workforce and HR process gaps, assess associated risks, and recommend and implement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of previous HR or business-support experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience creating reports and analyzing data.
• Experience using Power BI or a comparable business intelligence and analytics platform to develop
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
