• Minimum 5+ years of HRBP experience.
• Extremely high emotional intelligence (EQ) for coaching.
• Strong strategic and tactical balance in HR.
• People-centric coaching mindset with high standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams.
