📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders on HR issues, onboarding, performance, promotions, and disputes.
• Guide restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Manage complex employee relations and conduct objective investigations.
• Implement people policies for the assigned business unit.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and collaborate with legal as needed.
• Identify training needs and executive coaching.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as HRBP or Employee Relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and apply applicable laws and policies.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English.
