📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver evidence-based people plans that support
• Act as a trusted adviser and constructive challenger on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics
• Lead organisational design and change programmes, covering structures, role design, selection
• Coach leaders through growth and transformation, supporting clear communication, employee
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for critical technical and leadership roles.
• Strengthen management capability through coaching and practical support, helping managers handle

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior HRBP role, supporting executive or senior leaders in a
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong expertise in organisational design and change, strategic workforce planning, talent
• Practical experience applying AI and automation to improve HR processes, alongside an understanding
• Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple European and Central Asian countries.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and coaching skills, with the confidence to challenge
