Provide strategic guidance on employee relations matters and ensure consistency, fairness, and

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred
8+ years progressive HR experience, including retail or field-based support
Experience supporting high-volume, hourly workforces
Deep knowledge of multi-state labor laws
Ability to travel regularly to stores and field locations
