HRIS Analyst (Workday)

📋 Description

• Meet with HR heads to plan initiatives and suggest Workday analytics
• Recommend solutions for system issues and data gaps
• Write, maintain and support HR reports and standard reports
• Manage Workday updates and feature releases; ensure data integrity
• Lead security configuration and user access for Workday
• Train HR users on processes and system functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, HR or related field
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• 2-5 years experience supporting Workday or similar system
• Working knowledge of HR practices; configurable security
• Data protection and privacy experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
