HRIS Analyst – Workday (Contract)

📋 Description

• Serve as primary Workday support and troubleshooting contact
• Maintain Workday configurations, security roles, reports, dashboards
• Support Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Benefits modules
• Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Manage Workday updates, releases, and regression testing
• Configure business processes, notifications, validations, workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-6 years HRIS experience with at least 2 years supporting Workday
• Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM and configuration
• Experience supporting HR operations, data management, and system administration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Workday Pro certification or equivalent Workday experience (preferred)
