HRIS Business Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing development of Dayforce HCM and
• Develop and maintain an HRIS roadmap aligned with HR priorities, enterprise technology initiatives
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve HR processes through technology while
• Monitor HR technology trends, platform capabilities, and vendor roadmaps to recommend improvements
• Establish standards for system configuration, enhancements, testing, releases, documentation, and
• Represent HRIS requirements in major enterprise technology transformations, ensuring employee data

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in HRIS, HR technology, enterprise
• Recent experience with Dayforce or a comparable enterprise HCM platform, such as UKG, Oracle
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related
• Demonstrated experience leading complex system implementations, integrations, enhancements, or
• Experience managing integrations between HR, payroll, ERP, financial, recruiting, and other
• Strong understanding of HR data governance, system security, role-based access, integrations
