HRIS Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for the HRIS, including researching and resolving system
• Investigate HRIS incidents and recommend appropriate solutions, workarounds, or alternative
• Perform scheduled HRIS activities and ensure recurring processes are completed accurately and on
• Serve as a technical point of contact for HR and payroll stakeholders, supporting effective use of
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, payroll teams, IT, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot
• Write, maintain, and support reports and queries using appropriate HRIS reporting tools.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of HRIS experience, or 2–4 years of relevant HR generalist or specialist experience.
• Hands-on HRIS experience is required, with UKG experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related
• Experience supporting HR technology systems, data integrity, reporting, system testing, and process
• Previous system implementation experience is preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is an advantage.
