• Support HSE Lead in implementing strategy and annual plans.
• Provide practical HSE advice, coaching and risk assessments.
• Improve HSMS and ensure compliance with legislative and business requirements.
• Facilitate incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate inspections, audits and performance monitoring.
• Lead HSE training, toolbox talks and worker participation.

🎯 Requirements

• A qualification in Health, Safety & Environment with significant work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and coach partners.
• Ability to work under pressure with integrity and confidentiality.
• Pragmatic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
