HSE Advisor

📋 Description

• Support the HSE Lead to implement HSE strategy, annual plans and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with leaders and employees to provide practical HSE advice, coaching and guidance on
• Coordinate and maintain the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS), ensuring documentation
• Facilitate incident investigations, root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions
• Coordinate workplace inspections, audits, hazard management and assurance activities to support
• Support injury management and return-to-work processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a Health, Safety and/or Environmental role
• Qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management or related discipline (desirable but
• Understanding of health and safety frameworks, risk assessment methodologies and hazard management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence to coach, influence and support others to drive positive HSE outcomes
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
