Build strong relationships with site teams and coach them on safety
Translate HSE policy into concrete actions: HSE plans, risk analyses, emergency plans, inspections
Conduct incident investigations and propose improvement actions
Organize trainings and facilitate corporate HSE programs (Safety Days, Behavioral Based Safety)

🎯 Requirements

Minimum prevention advisor level 2 certification or currently training
Experience in HSE with strong affinity for construction
Fluent French and professional English; Dutch is a plus
Willing to work on different sites in Wallonia
