📋 Description

• Build strong relationships with site teams and coach them on safety
• Translate HSE policy into concrete actions: HSE plans, risk analyses, emergency plans, and
• Conduct incident investigations and propose improvement actions
• Organize training sessions and facilitate HSE Corporate programs (Safety Days, Behavioral Based
• Report to regional HSE Manager and Project Manager(s)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum attestation as prevention advisor level 2, or currently following training to obtain it
• Experience in HSE with strong affinity for construction
• Fluent in French and professional level in English; Dutch is an asset
• Willingness to work on different sites in Wallonia
