📋 Description

• Establish strong relationships with site teams and coach them on safety.
• Translate HSE policy into concrete actions: HSE plans, risk analyses, emergency plans and
• Conduct incident investigations and propose improvement actions.
• Organize trainings and facilitate Corporate HSE programs (e.g. Safety Days, Behavioral Based Safety
• Report to regional HSE Manager and Project Manager(s) of your sites.
• Receive support from experienced HSE colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum attestation of prevention advisor level 2, or currently pursuing the training.
• Experience in HSE and strong affinity with construction.
• Fluent French, professional English; Dutch is an asset.
• Willing to work on different sites in Wallonia.
• Adaptable to rapidly changing schedules and circumstances on sites.
