📋 Description

• Establish strong relationships with site teams and coach them on safety
• Translate HSE policy into concrete actions: HSE plans, risk analyses, emergency plans, and
• Conduct incident investigations and propose improvement actions
• Organize training and facilitate corporate HSE programs, e.g., Safety Days and Behavioral Based
• Report to the regional HSE Manager and project manager(s)
• Receive support from experienced HSE colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum level 2 prevention advisor certificate, or currently training for it
• Experience in HSE with strong affinity for construction
• Fluent in French and professional English; Dutch is an asset
• Willing to work on various sites in Wallonia, ideally near home
• Enjoy variety and adapt to changing circumstances on sites
