📋 Description

• Influencing and change management: translate messages to both technicians and staff departments
• Provide workable solutions for Customer Delivery, including organizing pilots
• Implement improvements based on Plan-Do-Check-Act analyses
• Coordinate VCA: workplace inspections, internal and external audits, toolbox meetings, and
• Implement a safety strategy and program focused on proactive behavior (Safety Culture Ladder level
• Conduct risk inventories and evaluations (RI&E)

🎯 Requirements

• HBO/WO level thinking and acting (e.g., Business Administration)
• Completed safety education (e.g., MVK, MVK, or MOSHE)
• Experience with VCA system and Safety Culture Ladder
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills to set up, execute, and monitor audits and change processes
