Process hires, exits, transfers, and data changes in Workday; ensure data accuracy.
Guide onboarding and offboarding for new joiners and leavers.
Conduct background checks and compliance-related follow-ups.
Coordinate HC, HRIS, Payroll, Finance and Legal to resolve issues.
Collect and verify employment documents; support personal data updates.
Provide EMEA subject matter expertise and ensure local compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
6+ years in HC/HR Operations or similar.
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow HRSD and Greenhouse ATS.
Experience supporting EMEA HR processes, onboarding, offboarding.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Understanding of HR processes, employment requirements and compliance in EMEA.
