🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment law.
• Experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced high-growth startup.
• Proficiency in HRIS (HiBob, Deel) and performance management systems (Lattice).
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
