📋 Description

• Strategic advisor to managers on people matters, planning, and performance.
• Align HR initiatives with business goals to drive performance and engagement.
• Lead talent management, employee relations, development, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and policies.
• Manage HR metrics, reporting, and workforce planning.
• Support compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS and HR analytics is a plus.
