🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years HRBP experience.
  • HRCI or SHRM designation preferred.
  • Strong leadership; balance strategic and day-to-day HR service.
  • Experience in recruitment, development, performance, employee relations, compensation & benefits.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, and recruiting software; knowledge of laws.
