Provide direct consultation and support for employee relations, engagement, and HR initiatives.
Coach leaders on change management and performance management, including PIPs and terminations.
Investigate and address employee relations issues (harassment, work complaints, leaves, injuries).
Partner with leadership and HR to refine strategies and programs to meet business needs.
Schedule onboarding and 90-day check-ins for new hires.
Process new-hire paperwork (I-9), HRIS data, and personnel files.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in HRM or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
HR experience in mortgage/financial services a plus.
HRIS experience.
Strong business acumen and communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail; travel up to 25%.
