📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to guide employee relations, performance, and organizational change.
• Coach managers to build high-performing, engaged teams and ensure fair, compliant processes.
• Lead investigations and manage employee relations matters with practical recommendations.
• Support onboarding of new leaders and cross-functional HR collaboration to enhance the employee
• Use data and insights for workforce planning and decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years as an HR Business Partner supporting large non-exempt populations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance, compensation, multi-function HR
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365; Power BI experience a plus.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws, multi-state compliance, diversity and inclusion.
