🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting large, non-exempt populations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and compensation, with experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint)
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, multi-state compliance, and diversity &amp
• Nice to have: HR Leadership, HR Technology Expertise, Industry Experience, Professional
