📋 Description

• Build a deep understanding of assigned business areas, including objectives and people trends
• Provide advice and coaching to leaders across performance, onboarding, compensation, benefits
• Collaborate with managers to shape people strategies and ensure sustainable solutions
• Champion initiatives enhancing positive employee experience
• Analyze workforce capability needs and support organizational planning and transformation
• Design practical people solutions with the Employee Experience team, ensuring process consistency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, including HR Advisor, Senior Advisor, Business Partner or
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing change and people-related processes
• In-depth knowledge of local employment legislation
• Strong relationship-building skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally; valid passport and unrestricted driving license
