🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, including experience in an HR Advisor, Senior Advisor
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing change and people-related processes.
• In-depth knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Strong relationship-building skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally; a valid passport and unrestricted driving license
