🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business
  • Demonstrated experience independently advising managers on employee relations, performance
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance principles, including compliance across
  • Strong understanding of business communications and the ability to translate business priorities
  • Excellent judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate
