📋 Description

Promote Zeeco employment opportunities in the community and organizations.
Provide thought partnership and coaching to senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team
Monitor organizational health through data, KPIs, and product line performance.
Provide direction, consultation, and advice to leaders on a wide range of people matters
Maintain positive relationships with personnel.
Collaborate with hiring managers for successful personnel planning.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent experience
3+ years working in a manufacturing environment
Experience leading investigations
Experience and familiarity with various HR laws, rules and regulations as well as standard/best
