🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Six to eight years of progressive HR experience including HRBP.
• Experience supporting multiple functions in SaaS/tech with high growth.
• Prior experience with Private Equity-backed company preferred.
• Experience utilizing AI to enhance HR productivity.
• Experience driving organization design, workforce and performance management.
