10+ years HR; 5+ years as HRBP for global ops
Partnered with executives to drive transformational change
Experience scaling teams across multiple geographies
Translate data into compelling people stories for exec decisions
Led large-scale talent programs (succession, career paths, perf)
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
