📋 Description

• Partner with Global Head of Operations to translate goals into a multi-year talent strategy.
• Lead organizational design and effectiveness initiatives and optimize location strategy.
• Use KPIs and people analytics to diagnose issues and align global teams.
• Design career frameworks and succession plans to drive retention.
• Provide executive counsel on risks and data-driven course corrections.
• Drive programs for performance, engagement, and workforce planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years HR experience, with 5+ years as HRBP for global ops.
• Partner with executives to drive transformational change in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Experience navigating international labor markets and scaling across geographies.
• Ability to translate complex data into a compelling people story for exec decisions.
• Experience leading large-scale talent programs (succession, career paths, performance frameworks).
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred; ability to work onsite 3 days/week.
