📋 Description

• Build and maintain trusting relationships across assigned business units
• Act as a strategic advisor on talent management, coaching leaders through ambiguous, high-stakes
• Serve as the subject matter expert on employment law and regulatory compliance
• Advise on complex matters, independently manage and resolve high-risk employee relations issues

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, preferably functioning as an HRBP or
• Deep working knowledge of federal/state employment laws, compensation, and benefits
• Demonstrated experience independently navigating ambiguous, high-risk ER situations including
• Advanced proficiency with HR tech stacks (ADP WFN, Lattice, Greenhouse)
• Advanced, wide-ranging experience in data analysis, going beyond basic lookups/pivots to building
• Excellent communication and sound judgement in knowing when to solve independently versus
