Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees across assigned business units
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, team development, and change management
• Lead onboarding for new leaders and provide ongoing HR guidance
• Manage employee relations matters and investigations
• Partner with HR colleagues to deliver consistent, proactive, solution-oriented support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting large, non-exempt populations (250–500+
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, and HR compliance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power BI
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, or similar
• Background in healthcare or human services preferred
