Human Resources Compliance Administrator

📋 Description

• Own the review, revision, and compliance alignment of all HR policies and employee handbooks across
• Drive personnel file audits, I-9 compliance, and documentation tracking to ensure audit-readiness
• Schedule and track mandatory compliance trainings, ensuring all employees acknowledge policies, and
• Track LOAs and ADA accommodations in partnership with benefits and 3rd-party providers
• Assist with the preparation and filing of reports such as EEO-1, VETS-4212, OSHA, ACA

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources or Compliance within medium to
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, demonstrating a strong command of critical
• Exceptional organizational abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities efficiently
• Polished communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
