🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, or hiring
• Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills, with the ability to quickly identify
• Demonstrated experience managing high volumes of applications and coordinating candidates through
• Experience using ADP RUN for payroll administration and employee record management is strongly
• Working knowledge of US employment regulations and HR compliance requirements, particularly those
• Experience coordinating employee onboarding, managing personnel documentation, and supporting
