🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years of management experience (or two years with a related bachelor’s).
• Background in HR, business administration, public administration, organizational leadership, or related discipline.
• Proven experience leading teams through organizational change and delivering measurable improvements.
• Strong ability to develop strategic plans, translate priorities into action, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Experience across HR disciplines: talent acquisition, performance management, investigations, classification, and compensation.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and collective bargaining agreements.
