📋 Description

• Lead HRBP initiatives for Technology UK and Flutter Hub populations.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive people strategies and org effectiveness.
• Translate business priorities into people plans and actions.
• Codify change management, org design, and leadership coaching.
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Act as a strategic advisor with credibility at executive levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years HRBP experience with senior leaders.
• Strong business acumen and organizational design expertise.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complexity.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and disciplinary practices.
• Experience managing change, communications, and adoption strategies.
• Leadership experience, including leading HRBP teams.
