Human Resources Generalist

📋 Description

• Own HR Operations
• Own pastoral processes, including facilitation of new pastor meetings, housing allowance
• Serve as the first point of contact for staff on general HR questions, inquiries, and scheduling
• Manage personnel file accuracy and record keeping in cooperation with HR Partners.
• Own HR Team calendar management, intranet design and updates in partnership with the HR Director.
• Manage Employee Lifecycle and Leave

• Sound judgment in recognizing when a situation requires escalation to a Partner.
