• Serve as the primary frontline anchor and trusted guide for our crew: support and triage daily
• Coordinate team transitions and employee lifecycle changes: serve as frontline resource for

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in HR Operations, People Experience, or an HR Generalist/Coordinator
• Hands-on operational experience with Workday (or a comparable enterprise HRIS), specifically
• Demonstrated experience managing employee intake and triage across multiple channels (ticketing
• Foundational knowledge of California and federal employment standards (e.g., California final pay
• Experience supporting cyclical talent programs, including coordinating and executing performance
