Human Resources Generalist

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters, including policies
• Provide practical guidance to managers on employee development, performance feedback, corrective
• Conduct and support employee relations inquiries and workplace investigations while ensuring
• Handle sensitive employee information with discretion, fairness, sound judgment, and integrity.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans and open enrollment
• Process and audit payroll through Paylocity, including employee changes, earnings, deductions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience supporting employees and managers across areas such
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee lifecycle processes, and applicable federal and
• Demonstrated experience processing and auditing payroll through an HRIS or payroll platform
• Experience using an HRIS to manage core HR activities such as onboarding, benefits administration
