Human Resources Labor Consultant (Contract/Temporary)

📋 Description

• Participate in collective bargaining for a first contract.
• Interact with union stewards and reps in a positive relationship.
• Collaborate with HR, COEs, union reps, and Legal on HR processes.
• Manage HR processes for bargaining unit employees, including communications.
• Advise and update HR policies to support new legal/compliance needs.
• Build capability within managers and HR community.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in HR with labor relations and union environments.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with track record of successful first-contract negotiations.
• Strong collaboration across multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Proficiency in HR operations changes and readiness communications.
• Ability to manage and update HR documentation.
• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
