📋 Description

  • Research, develop, and implement SA HR policies (LRA, BCEA, EEA, POPIA).
  • Manage and improve SA HR systems, strategies, and procedures.
  • Oversee SA employment lifecycle from offers to exit.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years HR exp; 2+ years in HR Manager or senior generalist.
  • SA labour laws: LRA, BCEA, EEA incl 2025 amendments, POPIA, OHSA.
  • CCMA matters management (conciliation/arbitration).
  • EEA2/EEA4, WSP/ATR submissions experience.
  • HR systems proficiency; Workday a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement.
