📋 Description

• The Human Resources & Recruitment Coordinator will support daily recruitment operations by
• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms using established
• Conduct candidate outreach, follow-ups, and initial communication to engage qualified profiles.
• Review applications, portfolios, introduction videos, and candidate information to assess
• Screen candidates against role requirements and identify strong matches for further evaluation.
• Prepare shortlists and communicate candidate recommendations to hiring stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR coordination, candidate sourcing, screening, or
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confidence conducting candidate conversations and video interviews.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, ATS platforms, ClickUp, or similar systems.
