Human Resources Technology Analyst

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and optimize custom Workday reports and dashboards aligned
• Partner with HR teams, senior leaders, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather
• Support Workday activities through research, issue resolution, user support, training initiatives
• Perform complex data audits and specialized reconciliations to verify data integrity, accuracy
• Conduct mass system updates, employee record management activities, and business process
• Troubleshoot reports and dashboards, resolving issues involving user access, configuration changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in a role involving significant data administration
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and/or administration, including areas such as HCM
• Working knowledge of Human Resources, payroll, benefits, and relevant legal and regulatory
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts, and data
• Strong understanding of data visualization and the ability to communicate complex information
